Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Guruji Android application, website and related services. By creating an account or using Guruji, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. Provide accurate account and birth-profile information, keep your credentials secure and do not share verification codes. You are responsible for activity through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
2. Nature of Guruji content
Guruji provides astrology, numerology and related content for informational, entertainment, reflection and personal-guidance purposes. These traditions are not scientific methods, and Guruji does not guarantee the accuracy of predictions or any outcome.
Guruji is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment, tax, safety or other professional advice. Do not delay or replace qualified professional help, emergency services or evidence-based decision-making because of Guruji content. Never use a prediction as the sole basis for a high-stakes decision.
3. AI-generated explanations
Some language is generated with API-based AI from calculated or reviewed evidence. Automated output can be incomplete or wrong. Guruji separates calculations and evidence from explanatory wording where implemented, but you should still use judgment and verify important information independently.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Paid subscriptions, when offered, are processed by Google Play and may automatically renew until cancelled. The price, billing period, taxes and renewal terms shown by Google Play at purchase control the transaction. Manage or cancel through Google Play. Deleting Guruji or your Guruji account does not necessarily cancel a Play subscription; cancel it separately in Google Play. Refunds are handled under Google Play policy and mandatory consumer law. Plan allowances and features may change prospectively with reasonable notice.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse Guruji, attempt unauthorized access, evade quotas or payment controls, automate abusive requests, extract or resell service data, interfere with availability, upload unlawful or harmful material, impersonate others, probe secrets, or use the service to harm, threaten or discriminate against anyone.
6. Intellectual property
Guruji’s software, brand, interface, original text, normalized knowledge structures and service design are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You retain rights in the information and questions you submit. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service while complying with these Terms.
7. Service availability and changes
We work to keep Guruji available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Providers, law, source licensing, security needs or maintenance may require us to change, suspend or discontinue features. Palm processing is not enabled in the current production launch configuration.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Guruji or delete your account. We may restrict or terminate access for material Terms violations, fraud, abuse, security risk, legal requirements or non-payment. Where appropriate, we will provide notice or a reasonable opportunity to address the issue.
9. Account deletion
In-app deletion is available under Settings. An external request path is available at appguruji.com/delete-account. Deletion is irreversible. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, disputes or law, as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Guruji is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of a particular result, uninterrupted availability or fitness for a high-stakes purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Guruji’s operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from reliance on guidance, service interruption or unauthorized account use.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Before formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue in good faith.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect service or legal changes. The current version and date will remain published here. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
