Delete your Guruji account

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. It removes your active Guruji account and associated application data through the implemented deletion path.

Delete inside Guruji

1. Sign in to Guruji.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Read the warning and choose DELETE ACCOUNT PERMANENTLY only if you intend to continue.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot access Guruji, email support@appguruji.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject Guruji account deletion request. We may ask you to verify control of the account before deletion. Do not send your password or OTP.

Data covered

The active deletion path covers the Guruji authentication account and associated application profile, birth details, saved predictions, questions and answers, registered devices and notification preferences, and the Guruji subscription association. Palm processing is disabled in the production launch configuration.

Important subscription step

Deleting your Guruji account does not necessarily cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel any active subscription separately in Google Play before or after requesting deletion.

Limited retention

Security, anti-fraud, transaction or legal records may be retained where necessary. Protected backup copies and provider logs may remain until their normal expiry. See the Privacy Policy retention section for details.
