Guruji Support

For account, subscription, privacy or technical help, email support@appguruji.com. Contact us from the email associated with your Guruji account when account verification is needed. Never send your password, one-time code, full card details or private API credentials.

Sign-in and OTP help

Check spam or junk folders for a message from Guruji at appguruji.com.
Use only the newest six-digit code; older codes can expire after a resend.
Wait for the resend timer before requesting another code.
Do not forward the code or enter it on a website. Guruji verification is completed inside the app.

Subscription help

Purchases, cancellation and payment methods are managed through Google Play. In Guruji, open Settings → Subscription to review the plan or restore a purchase. Include the Guruji account email and the Google Play order ID when asking for transaction help; never send full payment-card details.

Daily Guruji or Ask Guruji

If guidance fails to load, check your connection and retry once. Same-day Daily Guruji is designed to reuse its saved result rather than create duplicates. When contacting support, include the date, approximate time, app version and a description of what you saw—do not include secrets.

Privacy and data

Read the Privacy Policy. You can remove saved prediction history or delete your account from Settings. If you cannot access the app, use the external account-deletion request.
